Warped & Covered in ResidueDecember 10, 2019I purchased two of these both in brown and tan. They came in four boxes. I opened each box and all of the product had water and dirt residue all over them. They also had some white particles all over them too. So, unless you want to scrub your dog house or get nasty film all over your clothes and floor, do not buy. Both kits also have warped sides for both dog houses. I contacted Sams since they came in four large boxes, more difficult to take back to store if you have a car and not a truck. They said they could comp me 10% for my inconvenience if I wanted to just keep them. That is only $20 a dog house and they are terrible looking. My case is being moved up to management at Sam's. They also shipped me another one and it only came with the front, back and bottom so it was missing the sides completely and the hardware. It has been a terrible experience and in the meantime, my doggies still do not have shelter and it is December!!!
